"The picture of our fabulous wedding cake says it all! What it does not show is the time and consideration Chivon took to get to know me and my taste in all things cake. I didn't want the frosting too sweet and I'm a sucker for caramel and coffee flavored things. Chivon adjusted her frostings to make it less sweet during the cake tasting and we decided on chocolate mocha with salted caramel frosting (top tier) and yellow cake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting (bottom tier). The cake on wedding day was AMAAAAAZING! My only regret is that I only ate half of one piece (shared with the groom and all) and there were no left overs! I will for sure be contacting Chivon to make a mini version of the chocolate mocha for our one year anniversary (or sooner if I can't wait that long).She's fantastic to work with, I can't sing her praises enough and look forward to another event to hire her again.
